Day 1 COSTA BLANCA – CUENCA
Early morning departure towards Cuenca, from the various departure points, crossing the plains of “la Mancha”. Arrival to Cuenca and continuing to the Natural Park of “Ciudad Encantada” (Enchanted city) passing on route the “Mirador del Diablo” with its beautiful views. Arrival to the geological park where erosion has created various figures in the rocks. Some of these figures look very life like and defy the law of gravity. Departure towards Cuenca, arrival at the hotel, dinner and accommodation.
Day 2 CUENCA – ARANJUEZ – TOLEDO
Breakfast and free time to visit the old quarters of Cuenca which is located at the top of the city and a World Heritage site. Here you will find numerous narrow streets, hidden plazas, tunnels excavated through the rocks and several view points from where we are reminded of its Arabic and Jewish heritage. We can also admire the Cathedral built in the Gothic style and the famous ‘Casas Colgadas’ (hanging houses). Continuing on to Toledo passing on route Aranjuez. Arrival and free time to visit the romantic Gardens and Royal palace. Arrival to Toledo, dinner and accommodation.
Day 3 TOLEDO – COSTA BLANCA
Breakfast and free time to visit the historical city on the banks of the river Tajo where Arabic, Christian and Jewish cultures converge. Visit the old quarters with its Cathedral, Synagogue and church of Santo Tomé. Optional official guide visit (not included). Return to the Costa Blanca. Arrival and end of our services.
